The staff was helpful and responsive, well-equipped and clean apartments, excellent location, great view from the balcony, close to bars and restaurants, comfortable beds.

We loved the views from our balcony and the spaciousness of the accommodation. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and supplies. The staff was friendly and cute, and we appreciated their attention to detail, like remaking our beds and emptying the rubbish bins each morning. The location was fantastic, right next to the train station for super convenience and close to great nightlife.

Fully equipped apartment, close to shopping street, enjoyable Elvis tribute show, convenient location for walking, friendly staff. Clean room with great view, good gym, and comfortable layout. Comfy bed, slight train noise, stunning city view. Verandah unusable due to cold weather, but will return in warmer months.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right on Torrok Street next to the South Yarra train station. There were so many excellent restaurants nearby, making it easy to find delicious meals. The service at this place was top-notch, with room service available and staff who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I loved having a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view, especially at night. The kitchen area was well-equipped and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The towels were soft and fluffy, and the shower was spacious and refreshing. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which made it easy for me to stay connected during my stay.

The highlight was definitely the amazing view from our apartment, overlooking the train station and even catching a glimpse of the bay. It was awe-inspiring, especially at night with the beautiful city lights. The staff were friendly, cute, and always had a smile on their faces. They even were great too accommodate our special request for parking. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Punthill to anyone visiting Melbourne!
